During the project, we examined over 50 plants and dozens of raw materials of plant origin in order to create a range of cosmetics formulations that meet the requirements of modern consumers looking for natural cosmetics of the highest quality. The SaponLabs R&D team that participated in the project implementation was composed of: Dr inż. Ilona Góral, Dr inż. Aleksandra Kezwoń-Smolarczyk, Dr Marcin Brynda and Prof. Kamil Wojciechowski, but also of scientists from the Warsaw University of Technology, Institute of Fertilization and Soil Cultivation in Puławy and of many students carrying out engineering and MA theses, scientific volunteering and practical internships. During the implementation of the project, 1 doctoral dissertation and over 30 master's and engineering theses were completed. Therefore, the resulting formulations of natural cosmetics are based on the latest available knowledge in this field. The results of the project were presented at 5 international conferences and published so far in 3 peer-reviewed scientific articles (further publications are planned). In addition to the scientific development of our R&D staff, of the students and colleagues from the world of science, the practical aspect of project implementation is extremely important - creation of a number of cosmetic formulations that will soon be commercialized by SaponLabs. Among the products developed under the project we can cite (in addition to the title shampoos without the addition of SLS and SLES or their analogues), conditioners and hair masks, hand creams and masks, hair serum or foot creams, body and hand lotions / gels, as well as natural household chemistry products.
